For all of you interested in ECOS2011, the forthcoming 24th International Conference on Efficiency, Cost, Optimization, Simulation and Environmental Impact of Energy Systems, ECOS2011  which is the 24th of the series of ECOS conferences, and which will be held this year in Novi Sad, Serbia in the period of July 4 to 7, 2011, we are pleased to announce that UNESCO has just now agreed to our proposal to provide some travel expenses support for the participation in ECOS2011 of young scientists from South-East European countries.
